Kung Fu for Adults (ages 13 and up)

Adult classes offer a strong aerobic workout combined with practical self-defense skills. The forms develop strength, balance and flexibility. Students are encouraged to compete only with themselves, and are challenged to overcome limitations and realize their full potential through this ancient Chinese martial art. Sparring is reserved for the higher levels after students have built a solid foundation of technique. These energetic classes are an hour and fifteen minutes long and include both stretching and conditioning elements.

Beginning Adults: Mondays/Wednesdays, 6:00-7:15

Intermediate Adults: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:45-8:15

Advanced Adults: Mondays/Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00
