Summer and Holiday Camps
Laughing Dragon offers week-long camps throughout the summer as well as special holiday camps throughout the year. We welcome campers from within and outside of our Kung Fu family. Current students will find their skills enhanced, while those new to Kung Fu will have a unique and memorable summer camp experience learning Kung Fu. And all campers, whether first-timers or veterans, will build skills, form bonds, gain confidence and HAVE FUN!
Summer Camps for 4-8 year olds
Each day’s three hour camp centers around an adventure theme; campers learn kung fu skills and play cooperative games in the context of these adventures. Whether retrieving the pieces of the broken 5 Element Medallion from the Ninja stronghold or piecing together the map to the Dragon’s Lair, campers are sure to need all their wits and kung fu skills to prevail! After an hour of non-stop action, our campers break for a snack and kung fu craft before returning to the battle against the forces of mayhem and mischief. No kung fu experience is necessary to take part in our camps; we provide the snacks, crafts and all Kung Fu skills needed for the team of Kung Fu Heroes to save the day!
Summer Camps for 9-13 year olds
Our older campers develop strength and coordination through cooperative games and Kung Fu skills training. Additionally, in the course of a week-long summer camp these campers learn an entire traditional Kung Fu form! A form is a routine comprised of Kung Fu movements. These forms can be either empty hand forms or weapons forms; in past summers our older campers have mastered the Nunchucks and the Double Daggers! After an hour of kicks, tiger claws and Kung Fu weapons work, campers break for a snack and Kung Fu craft project, then it’s back to the training hall for more action. No kung fu experience is necessary to take part in our camps; we provide the snacks, crafts and Kung Fu knowledge needed for campers to build confidence and learn skills in a supportive environment. Our focus is on teamwork, mutual respect and lots and lots of fun!

Cost and Availability
Summer camps run from 9am until noon, Monday through Friday. Camps cost $225 for the week, or $55/day. You provide the camper; we provide the snacks, crafts, Kung Fu and fun! Please contact us to check availability or to register for a camp today!
